Cap St. Jacques is the largest nature park in Montreal. At 288 hectares it offers a beach, kayak and canoe rentals, snack bar, as well as hiking and cycling rails. In winter cross country ski trails are available with a small sugar shack operated in the spring.

It is an excellent site for observing aquatic birds and migratory fish. The park has numerous walking and cycling paths as well as a spectacular waterfall. Cross country skiing paths are available in the winter months.
